I am very pleased to announce that Dave Duggan has accepted the position of Treasurer. Dave has been a valuable asset to the Association. Dave will be looking after the Treasurer duties as Jim Gilchrist has decided to step back from the position. Jim has been the Treasurer for many years and has been an active member, he will be missed.

I would ask when you see Dave, wish him well in his new position and when you see Jim, wish him well in his new endeavors.

The position of HLPOA secretary is vacant as Ruth Webb is stepping down after many years of service. Thanks to Ruth for all of her contributions. The job of secretary includes the following tasks:

• Hold all executive meetings at their cottage location (usually Sunday mornings).
• Call all members of the Executive and advise them of the date and time of Executive meetings (4-5 per year).
• Take minutes of all Executive meetings and send a copy to
